Each workout is 30 - 45 minutes. In fact, some take as little as 15 - 20 minutes.
2. How many times do I have to workout per week?
This program is designed for busy business professionals. Which is why when you join, you’ll only have to workout 3-4 times per week.
3. Can resistance bands build muscle and burn fat?
Yes. Resistance bands will have your muscles feeling and looking leaner, tighter and stronger. Because when you use proper resistance band training, the constant tension from the band builds lean muscle. And building lean muscle will boost your metabolism, which will burn the fat off your entire body.
4. Does resistance band mean it’s only for women and beginners?
No. Both men and women benefit from resistance band training. Plus - you don’t have to be a complete newbie to transform your body with resistance band training. In fact, it doesn’t matter what fitness level you are. Because resistance bands offer a variety of levels of tension. Which means, no matter your current level of strength, resistance band training will take your results and strength to the next level.
5. Where do I purchase the resistance bands? Which bands do I need to purchase?
I recommend purchasing a set of resistance bands from Amazon or your local sporting good store. By purchasing a full set of resistance bands: You should have the yellow, green, red, blue and black band. These bands increase in resistance based on color. Which will allow you to maximize each exercise based on your strength level.
